Position: - Teleguide
Reporting To: - Area Manager

Work Locations :- 76, 5th Floor, Kunal Plaza,Above dwarikadas shamkumar saree showroom, Chinchwad Station, Old, Mum-Pun Highway, Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411019

Years of Experience: - Minimum 1-2 Years.
Qualification: - Graduate
Shift / Work Timings: - Day Shift. 11.30 to 8.00pm. Sunday Working. Any other day, weekly

off.

Gender Preference: - Male / Female - Both
Responsibilities: -

Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions ● Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
Interacting with Silica centers
Making Outbound calls to Silica Center.
Exceeds monthly basis sales.
Lead conversion
Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.

Requisites: -(Core competencies / Skills)

Excellent English Communication Skills. Ability to communicate with Premium Customers.

Analytical Skills & Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Team Management skills

Target Orientedness

Customer Service Orientedness

Basic interest in providing guidance & education
