Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in selecting suitable courses, programs, or career paths.
• Explain academic programs, admission procedures, and opportunities to students.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Support students through the admission and enrollment process.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to achieve counseling targets.
• Provide feedback to improve academic offerings and student experience.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months experience as an Academic Counselor or in a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand student needs and provide clear guidance.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Strong convincing and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Management preferred).
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
