We are looking for a smart and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage guest check-in, check-out, and daily hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests
- Handle check-in \& check-out process
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Manage room bookings and availability
- Coordinate with housekeeping team
- Maintain basic records and billing
Requirements
- Basic English communication
- Computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel)
- Polite and professional behavior
- Freshers can apply
Preferred
- Experience in hotel/reception is a plus
