About this job

We are looking for a smart and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage guest check-in, check-out, and daily hotel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Handle check-in \& check-out process
  • Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Manage room bookings and availability
  • Coordinate with housekeeping team
  • Maintain basic records and billing

Requirements

  • Basic English communication
  • Computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel)
  • Polite and professional behavior
  • Freshers can apply

Preferred

  • Experience in hotel/reception is a plus
