Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and an interest in sales and business development.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally through the assigned communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote relevant products or services based on customer needs.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record customer interactions and required information.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team and meet individual performance expectations.

Candidate Profile

For Experienced Candidates

• Experience in sales, customer service, or an International BPO environment is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in upselling/cross-selling will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and convert opportunities into sales.

For Freshers

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 10+2 qualification can apply.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong interest in customer service and sales.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or above, from a recognized institution.
• Candidates from any educational stream can apply.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA CTC
• Experienced Candidates: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA CTC
• Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
