Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and an interest in sales and business development.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions professionally through the assigned communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Promote relevant products or services based on customer needs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer interactions and required information.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team and meet individual performance expectations.
Candidate Profile
For Experienced Candidates
- Experience in sales, customer service, or an International BPO environment is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in upselling/cross-selling will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert opportunities into sales.
For Freshers
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 10+2 qualification can apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interest in customer service and sales.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or above, from a recognized institution.
- Candidates from any educational stream can apply.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA CTC
- Experienced Candidates: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA CTC
- Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
