• Education: HSC / Graduate (Any stream)
• Experience: Fresher And Experience in Chat / E-commerce / Customer Support preferred
• Skills Required
• Excellent Written English Communication
• Good typing speed - 25+ WPM
• Knowledge of Luxury Brands / Retail preferred
• Strong customer handling & empathy

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via Live Chat for luxury platform
• Provide product information, order status, returns & premium support
• Resolve complaints with luxury service standards
• Maintain high CSAT and quality scores
• Ensure brand tone and etiquette for luxury clients
