Customer Support

Answer customer questions and resolve issues via live chat, email, and social media channels.

Data Management

Perform accurate data entry, update customer records, and verify documents in the internal database.

Ticket Management

Track, prioritize, and close support tickets based on urgency and company service level agreements (SLAs).

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams or other departments to resolve complex client requests.

Quality & Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and data privacy regulations while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
