Core Goal

Keep centrifugal, gear, and dosing pumps running smoothly while fixing breakdowns quickly

.

Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance: Run scheduled maintenance checks on centrifugal pumps, vertical pumps, submersible pumps, and related gearboxes or motors.

Repair & Overhauling: Disassemble faulty pumps, inspect internal parts, and replace worn-out components like mechanical seals, bearings, impellers, shafts, and O-rings.

Alignment & Fitting

Perform precise shaft-to-shaft and motor-to-pump alignments using dial gauges or laser tools to reduce vibration.

Troubleshooting

Diagnose unusual noises, low discharge pressure, overheating, or leakage issues during plant operations.

Piping & Assembly

Fit, connect, and align suction and discharge pipe systems (MS, SS, or PVC) without stress on pump nozzles.

Safety Compliance

Follow strict plant safety rules, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean workshop.
