Verifying identity: Confirm customer account details safely before sharing private information. Resolving issues: Fix complaints, explain services, or pass complex problems to senior teams. Logging data: Type notes and update customer records in the computer system after every call. Meeting targets: Maintain good scores for call quality, customer happiness, and first-call resolution.

Clear communication: Good spoken language skills, a polite tone, and active listening. Patience and calm: Ability to handle upset or angry callers professionally.
