Education: Graduate or diploma holder in any stream (specific back-office roles like medical billing may prefer arts/science backgrounds). • Typing Skills: High typing speed and accuracy, typically a minimum of 30 to 35 words per minute (WPM). • Language Proficiency: Strong written and reading comprehension skills in English. • Technical Literacy: Basic proficiency in computers, MS Office (Word & Excel), and familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
