Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our customer support process in Sector 18, Gurugram. The role involves assisting customers with their queries and service requests, providing accurate information, and ensuring a professional customer experience.
Both freshers and candidates with relevant customer support experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and service-related requests through the assigned support channel.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance as per process guidelines.
Communicate with customers in a clear, polite, and professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely information.
Maintain records of customer interactions and relevant details.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Meet assigned productivity and customer service requirements.
Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
Work effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and candidates with relevant customer support experience can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Willing to work from the office in Sector 18, Gurugram.
Compensation
- Freshers
- ₹23,000 CTC per month
- Experienced Candidates
- ₹25,000 CTC per month
Compensation and employment terms will be subject to the company's applicable policies and the selection process.
