We are looking for a responsible office boy to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s and office related working life and communication.

Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients

Handle requests and queries appropriately

VFS appointment guide.

Travel arrangements.

Cab service.

Source office supplies

Devise and maintain office filing system

Requirements

Four Wheeler License

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

English proficiency.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
