Prepare and record daily journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
Process vendor invoices, verify billing accuracy, schedule payments, and manage accounts payable ledgers.
Issue customer invoices, track outstanding payments, conduct collection follow-ups, and process incoming funds.
Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to match transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with tax filings (e.g., GST, TDS, sales tax) and support statutory audits by gathering required documentation.
Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, profit/loss statements, and balance sheets
