About this job
- Prepare and record daily journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
- Process vendor invoices, verify billing accuracy, schedule payments, and manage accounts payable ledgers.
- Issue customer invoices, track outstanding payments, conduct collection follow-ups, and process incoming funds.
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to match transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with tax filings (e.g., GST, TDS, sales tax) and support statutory audits by gathering required documentation.
- Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, profit/loss statements, and balance sheets
