Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients professionally and warmly.
• Manage front desk operations and client appointments.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.
• Explain salon services, packages, and ongoing offers to clients.
• Maintain customer records and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with hairstylists, beauticians, and other salon staff.
• Handle billing, payments, and daily cash/card transactions.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Assist in improving customer satisfaction and repeat visits.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front office, salon, beauty, or hospitality industry preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Malayalam and English preferred.
