Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients professionally and warmly.
- Manage front desk operations and client appointments.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Explain salon services, packages, and ongoing offers to clients.
- Maintain customer records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with hairstylists, beauticians, and other salon staff.
- Handle billing, payments, and daily cash/card transactions.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist in improving customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front office, salon, beauty, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English preferred.
