About the Role
We are looking for a smart, energetic and sales-oriented B2C Sales Executive to handle customers looking for 4-star and 5-star hotel stays across Delhi NCR and North India.
The person will be responsible for converting enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls and other marketing channels into confirmed hotel bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram DM and phone calls

Preferred location
Hotel preferences
Recommend suitable 4-star/5-star hotel options
Share hotel rates, inclusions and offers with customers
Negotiate and close bookings
Follow up with customers who have not yet confirmed
Maintain proper records of leads and bookings
Coordinate with the operations/booking team after payment
Build relationships with repeat customers
Encourage referrals and repeat bookings
Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Provide regular updates on leads, conversions and sales
Ideal Candidate
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident while speaking with customers
Strong persuasion and closing skills
Comfortable with WhatsApp and Instagram
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
Sales-oriented and target-driven
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in travel, hotels, hospitality, real estate, insurance, telecom or other B2C sales will be an advantage
Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability can also apply.
Working Style
This is a sales + conversion role, not just a customer-support job.
You will receive enquiries/leads and will be expected to actively follow up with customers until the booking is closed.
Salary
₹15,000–₹20,000/month fixed + attractive performance incentives
Additional incentives/bonuses for achieving monthly sales targets.
