Job Description

Salary Structure

• 0–6 Months: ₹21,000 CTC/month
• 6 Months–1 Year: ₹23,000 CTC/month
• 1–2 Years: ₹25,000 CTC/month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls related to flight, hotel and holiday bookings.
• Assist customers with new bookings, modifications and cancellations.
• Resolve travel-related queries and customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in the CRM.
• Follow company SOPs, quality standards and performance targets.
• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• 0–2 years of BPO/voice process experience preferred.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 24×7 environment.
• Experience in travel/OTA processes or Amadeus GDS will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
