Job Description
Salary Structure
- 0–6 Months: ₹21,000 CTC/month
- 6 Months–1 Year: ₹23,000 CTC/month
- 1–2 Years: ₹25,000 CTC/month
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls related to flight, hotel and holiday bookings.
- Assist customers with new bookings, modifications and cancellations.
- Resolve travel-related queries and customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in the CRM.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards and performance targets.
- Provide a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 0–2 years of BPO/voice process experience preferred.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 24×7 environment.
- Experience in travel/OTA processes or Amadeus GDS will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
