Hiring a Sales Team Lead for a Education based Industry
Location- Rohini, New Delhi
Role-
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Counsellors.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.
- Set clear individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily performance, productivity, attendance, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct daily huddles and regular performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Personally handle critical/high-value leads and support the team in closing complex deals.
- Motivate the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
