Role-

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Counsellors.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.
• Set clear individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, attendance, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct daily huddles and regular performance reviews.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Personally handle critical/high-value leads and support the team in closing complex deals.
• Motivate the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
