Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) Field Sales | Merchant Acquisition | B2B Sales 📍 Location: Delhi / Assigned Territory 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday Off 🎯 Experience: 1–5 Years in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive for a field-based merchant acquisition role. Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads independently through cold calling, market research, referrals, networking and business visits • Identify and approach merchants/business owners • Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups • Handle objections and negotiate professionally • Convert qualified prospects into merchant onboardings • Coordinate documentation and onboarding • Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records • Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets • Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities 💰 Compensation: • ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 Gross Salary/month • ₹2,000 Travel Allowance/month • ₹500 incentive per successfully verified merchant onboarding • Final salary depends on experience, skills and interview performance Requirements: • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills • Proven lead-generation and sales ability • Comfortable with field visits and client meetings • Target-oriented and result-driven • Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp and Google Sheets • Graduate preferred Important: • Candidates must generate their own leads • Company-provided leads are not guaranteed • 3-month employment commitment/bond applies • Notice period and employment terms apply as per company policy Recruitment Partner: Cosmic Rulers Private Limited Website: cosmicrulers.com
