Handle end-to-end export documentation and shipment processes

Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill and other required documents

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, transporters and logistics partners

Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery

Coordinate with international customers regarding orders, shipment status and documentation

Prepare and maintain export-related records and reports

Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Production for smooth order execution

Follow up for shipping documents and ensure timely submission to concerned parties

Assist in handling export orders from order confirmation to final shipment

Monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues when required

Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable export regulations

Maintain proper records of export transactions and correspondence

Pay: ₹39,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
