Job Description
- Front Desk Management
- Maintain the front desk strictly according to company guidelines and handle guest check-ins and check-outs seamlessly.
Premise & Housekeeping Oversight: Oversee the cleanliness of the entire premise, including guest rooms and washrooms, and maintain the housekeeping attendance records.
- Accounts & Inventory
- Manage core accounting tasks, maintain the minibar/hotel inventory, and accurately update all guest records.
- Maintenance & Operations
- Monitor general property maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Cross-Department Coordination
- Maintain strong, professional relations with all cross-functional teams, including F&B, Marketing, Facility, and Sales.
- Shift Flexibility
- Must be willing to work on a rotational night shift basis.
- Pay
- ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
