chat support executive helps customers solve problems and answer questions in real-time using online text chat, messaging apps, or social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering queries
- Respond to customer questions quickly and clearly through live chat tools.
- Multitasking
- Manage multiple chat conversations at the same time without losing quality or speed.
- Resolving issues
- Troubleshoot technical glitches, process orders, or fix billing problems.
- Escalating complaints
- Pass hard problems or angry customer issues to senior supervisors or technical teams.
- Logging data
- Write down notes about customer problems and solutions in the company database.
Required Skills
- Strong typing and writing
- Good spelling, clear grammar, and fast typing skills.
- Good communication
- A polite, friendly, and helpful tone in all messages.
- Patience and empathy
- Ability to stay calm and kind when dealing with upset customers.
- Basic computer skills
- Know how to use CRM software, chat platforms, and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Education
- High school diploma (12th pass) or a college degree.
Required Age criteria 18 to 29 years
Required Experience fresher to 2years experience
- Experience
- Past work in customer service or data entry is helpful.
