Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Eligibility
Graduate candidates with customer service experience.
Good English communication skills.
Versant Level 6 is mandatory.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
