Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Telecaller to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining hospital services, health packages and membership plans, generating leads, and converting enquiries into appointments or sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

Explain hospital services, health checkup packages, membership plans and offers clearly.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

Generate leads and convert enquiries into appointments/sales.

Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.

Coordinate with the hospital's front office and other departments for appointments and customer requirements.

Follow up with existing customers for repeat services and membership renewals.

Maintain professional communication with patients/customers.

Prepare and submit daily call and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements

6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer service or business development preferred.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
