Boutique Italian & Continental restaurant + growing bulk/event food business looking for an experienced hands-on Senior Chef / Sous Chef.

You will handle

Restaurant kitchen operations

Italian & Continental food production

Daily prep & mise-en-place

Bulk/event order production

Kitchen team supervision

Recipe consistency & quality

Stock, wastage & hygiene

Menu development

We need: ✔ 8+ years kitchen experience

Strong Italian/Continental skills
Hands-on cooking ability
Experience managing kitchen staff
Able to independently run a small kitchen
Catering/bulk/event experience preferred

This is a hands-on leadership role in an independent boutique restaurant — not a large hotel kitchen.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
