Boutique Italian & Continental restaurant + growing bulk/event food business looking for an experienced hands-on Senior Chef / Sous Chef.

Italian & Continental food production
Daily prep & mise-en-place
Bulk/event order production
Kitchen team supervision
Recipe consistency & quality
Stock, wastage & hygiene
Menu development
- We need
- ✔ 8+ years kitchen experience
- Strong Italian/Continental skills
- Hands-on cooking ability
- Experience managing kitchen staff
- Able to independently run a small kitchen
- Catering/bulk/event experience preferred
This is a hands-on leadership role in an independent boutique restaurant — not a large hotel kitchen.
