Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods, verify quality and quantity, and update records.
- Store materials in designated locations with proper labeling and organization.
- Issue raw materials and supplies to kitchen as per requisition.
- Maintain daily stock register and inventory logs.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and report variances.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests to avoid shortages.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) method in inventory usage.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and return of damaged goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the storage area.
- Use inventory management software (Zoho or similar) and update Excel reports.
