Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our E-commerce Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, assisting with orders, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Make and receive calls from customers regarding e-commerce orders.

Assist customers with order placement, confirmation, cancellation, returns, and exchanges.

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, delivery, and order status.

Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally.

Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and delivery issues.

Maintain accurate customer and call records in the system.

Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams when required.

Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets.

Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle customers professionally.

Comfortable working with daily performance targets.

Preferred Skills

Telecalling / BPO / Customer Support experience is an advantage.

Knowledge of e-commerce processes will be preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
