Inbound Tour Consultant

About the role

• As a destination Expert, you will be responsible for creating holiday booking quotes, costing, sales, etc.
• Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary.
• Maintaining good relations with Agents/ Clients.
• Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands.
• Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound).

Job Requirements

• Candidate must be from the travel industry only.
• A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience within the travel industry B2B market working with Travel Agents and FTOs. (Mandatory)
• Sales- and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar.
• An eye for detail and a customer experience-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Negotiation, contracting, and Interpersonal skills.
• Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills.
• A creative flair and close attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.
