About the role
- As a destination Expert, you will be responsible for creating holiday booking quotes, costing, sales, etc.
- Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary.
- Maintaining good relations with Agents/ Clients.
- Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands.
- Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound).
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be from the travel industry only.
- A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience within the travel industry B2B market working with Travel Agents and FTOs. (Mandatory)
- Sales- and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar.
- An eye for detail and a customer experience-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation, contracting, and Interpersonal skills.
- Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills.
- A creative flair and close attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.
