Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet defined targets. Good attendance, punctuality, and work discipline. Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational shifts. Strong ownership, positive attitude, and willingness to take responsibility. Role Overview The selected candidate will handle outbound and inbound with international customers, understand their requirements, provide relevant information or solutions, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting quality and productivity standards.
