Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

Assist customers with troubleshooting and service-related issues.

Handle queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and guidance.

Communicate professionally and maintain a customer-focused approach.

Handle customer interactions effectively in English.

Follow process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Good proficiency in English is mandatory.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Customer-focused and professional attitude.

Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Willingness to work according to business and process requirements.
