We are looking for an Operations / Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

If you enjoy interacting with customers, solving operational issues, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Attend calls from customers and delivery riders regarding queries, complaints, and order-related issues.

Support restaurant operations and coordinate with the restaurant teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Call customers to collect feedback on their orders and overall experience.

Share daily KPI and performance data with the restaurant team.

Coordinate with customers, riders, and restaurant teams to identify and resolve operational issues.

Candidate Requirements

Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / data reporting.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Salary: * Based on experience and skill set
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
