Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for construction projects.

Explain company services, construction packages, pricing, and project details to customers.

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain customer and lead information in Excel/CRM.

Schedule meetings or site visits for interested customers.

Coordinate with the sales and project teams regarding customer requirements.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, Inside Sales Executive, or similar role.

Experience in the construction, real estate, building materials, or related industry is preferred.

Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.

Basic knowledge of construction or real estate is an advantage.

Basic computer and MS Excel skills.
