Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, especially for field and blue-collar positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field visits, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates for field and blue-collar positions.

Conduct field visits to identify and attract potential candidates.

Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.

Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with the concerned departments.

Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Use job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks for candidate sourcing.

Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns when required.

Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.

Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate records.

Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timeline.

Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers for manpower requirements.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in recruitment or field recruitment.

Experience in blue-collar / field-level hiring will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel within Chennai for recruitment activities.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

Strong follow-up and candidate coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
