InstaHelp is Urban Company’s home assistance category, providing reliable and convenient household help services to customers. We are expanding our professional network and are looking for energetic Field Recruiters to help us onboard quality service professionals.
About the Role
We are looking for a Field Recruiter – BTL who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, screening, and onboarding service professionals for the InstaHelp category.
This is a field-intensive role where you will spend significant time in the assigned areas, identify potential candidates, explain the opportunity, and drive them through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit potential candidates through field visits and BTL activities.
Identify candidates through local communities, referrals, markets, residential areas, and other sourcing channels.
Explain the Urban Company InstaHelp opportunity, earning potential, and working model to candidates.
Screen candidates based on eligibility and category requirements.
Drive candidates through the complete onboarding process.
Build and maintain relationships with potential service professionals.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment/onboarding targets.
Explore new and effective sourcing channels to improve candidate acquisition.
Take ownership of the assigned area and recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.
What We're Looking For
0–3 years of experience in field recruitment, field sales, BTL, business development, or similar roles.
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling within Chennai.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to interact confidently with candidates from different backgrounds.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
What We Offer
- Fixed Salary
- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
- Performance Incentives
- Up to ₹30,000/month
Petrol/travel allowance as applicable.
