Job description

Experience in years 1 or more

Location - Secunderabad

Notice period - Immediate joining / 15 days

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering a warm and caring patient experience while some of responsibilities are illustrated as follows

Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the patients' entry into the clinic, to their exit.

Interact with & Counsel Patients.

Handle Patients' grievances/complaints/issues and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.

Create, maintain, & update Patients database on a regular basis.

Efficient management of the Front Desk.

Handle the clinic team, comprising of the PSE (s) & Accounts Executive(s).

Multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.

Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic

Clinic Time

Monday Friday 11am to 8pm

Saturday Sunday 10am to 9pm

1 weekly off between Monday to Friday (fixed off).
