Timings: 10am - 8pm

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to generate new customer leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team in converting leads into showroom visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other sources.

Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.

Make regular follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages with leads.

Maintain and update customer details and lead status in the CRM.

Schedule showroom visits and appointments for interested customers.

Share product information, offers, and promotions with customers.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.

Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Ensure professional and polite communication with all customers.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.

Ability to handle outbound calls confidently.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales, or CRM is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
