Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to handle parent/customer communication and support the smooth functioning of our sports academy.

Responsibilities

Handle customer and parent enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.

Follow up with leads and support the admission process.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Coordinate with Sports Coaches and Operations teams.

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

Follow up for renewals, payments, and continued sessions.

Maintain customer records and follow-up trackers.

Collect customer feedback and ensure a positive customer experience.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Customer handling and relationship management.

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Good English communication.

Tamil/Kannada communication will be an advantage.

Qualification

Any Bachelor's degree.

Experience in customer relations, customer support, sales, admissions, or sports/education sector is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
