Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Mahindra Showroom
Job Description
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance and other departments.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints and follow-ups.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, CSI and NPS.
- Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
- Prepare basic customer feedback and performance reports.
- Support the Sales Team in maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM or Automobile Dealership preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and good coordination skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
