About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Support & Store Consultants Intern who can efficiently manage customer queries while also handling day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, email, and other channels.
  • Assist customers with product information, availability, orders, payments, exchanges, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Follow up on pending customer queries and orders.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order-related issues.

Store Operations

  • Manage daily store opening and closing activities.
  • Assist customers visiting the store and provide product recommendations.
  • Maintain proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
  • Manage stock checking, inventory updates, and product movement.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/team for stock requirements.
  • Maintain daily sales, customer, and store-related reports.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Handle billing/POS and basic cash-related activities when required.

Requirements

  • 0–1years of experience in customer service, retail, or store operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Good understanding of Instagram and WhatsApp communication.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customers calmly.
  • Responsible, organised, and proactive.
  • Sales-oriented with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualities

  • Retail/fashion/lifestyle brand experience will be an advantage.
  • Good sense of presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to independently manage store and customer-support responsibilities.
