Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team in the renewable energy/solar industry.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain solar products and services to customers.
• Identify customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduation will be preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident and positive communication style.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
