Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team in the renewable energy/solar industry.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and coordinating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain solar products and services to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduation will be preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and positive communication style.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
