Material Removing From Racks As Per Given List

• Giving Pipe list for packing in the pipe section and taking follow up bundles are ready or not for the

dispatches

Material Checking On Invoice Or Challan

Address Service Check In the Transport \& Courier

Packing list \& Address Prints

• Calls to clients and sales person for address confirmation and regarding freight charges, Packing

Charges for the further procedure

8. Making Manual Challans of materials and tools

• Frieght Charges Calcuations For all Invoices and Challans

Giving Dispatch Details Through Mails

• Going Physically to pipe section at the time of big, important and many dispatches at the same day

• Taking Materials From Production Department for dispatches

• Purchase Materials Return to vendors in case of defected damage rusted leakgae etc.

• Making different format Packing lists for export materials and Important Clients

• Taking follow up for material not in the factory at the time of dispatches
