Primary Objective: Connect with prospective and existing policyholders via phone to pitch insurance plans (life, health, motor, or general insurance), generate leads, and resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Cold Calling: Dial a high volume of leads daily to pitch insurance products or set up financial/policy review appointments.
Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements, explain policy terms, coverage limits, benefits, and exclusions clearly.
Lead Conversion & Sales: Guide prospects through the application and buying process to meet monthly sales or conversion targets.
Customer Support & Follow-up: Handle incoming calls, resolve policy complaints, assist with renewals, and track follow-ups
Data Management: Accurately update customer details, call outcomes, and lead status into the

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduation in a relevant stream.
Experience: 1 year of experience in insurance sales, outbound BPO calling, or telesales.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in local languages (such as Bengali / Hindi) alongside English for clear communication.

Soft Skills

Strong verbal communication and active listening.

Persuasion, negotiation, and resilience against rejection.

Basic computer and CRM application proficiency.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
