Warehouse Incharge and supervisior

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and physical stock registers.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.
• Perform regular physical stock counts and cycle counts.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of warehouse materials.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, production, and logistics teams regarding inventory requirements.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and other applicable inventory control procedures.
• Process goods receipt notes (GRN), stock transfers, and material issue/return documentation.
• Ensure damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock is properly identified and reported.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage standards.
• Support periodic and annual stock audits.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
